Returns & Exchanges
We want every experience with MIOBUK to live up to your expectations. Every product is carefully made, checked and packaged before being handed over to the customer. If something has not gone as planned, our Customer Service is available to find the most appropriate solution.
Right of withdrawal
If you have purchased a product on this website and hold the status of a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date on which you received the product, without having to provide any reason and without penalty, subject to any costs provided for by law.
To exercise this right, it is sufficient to communicate your decision to Ghost Collection S.r.l. within the specified period. Before shipping, please contact Customer Services at the address support@miobuk.it: we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Limited Editions
Limited Editions are subject to the same protections provided for standard products. The fact that a product is numbered, produced in a limited quantity or accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity does not, in itself, limit the right of withdrawal.
Condition of returned product
The product must be returned without undue delay and, as far as possible, in the condition in which it was received. In particular, it is recommended that:
- has not been used more than is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning;
- no writing, annotations or other signs of use not necessary for verification are present;
- no damage or alterations are present;
- complete with any accessories received;
- is adequately protected during the return transit.
A decrease in value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods may lead to a corresponding reduction in the refund, within the limits provided for by law.
Original packaging and Certificate of Authenticity
We recommend using the original packaging to protect the product during return transit. Its absence or damage does not automatically result in the rejection of the return, provided the product arrives in a condition that allows for its proper handling.
For Limited Editions, the Certificate of Authenticity is an integral part of the product equipment: we therefore invite you to include it in the return along with any other item received. Failure to return the Certificate may result in a decrease in value and, where provided for by law, a proportionate reduction in the refund.
Return costs
Unless otherwise indicated or provided by law, the direct costs of return for exercising the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Customer.
If instead the product has a lack of conformity, has arrived damaged or has been shipped in error, Ghost Collection S.r.l. will cover the costs necessary for the return and, where applicable, for the replacement or reshipment. In these cases, please contact Customer Service before making the return.
Refund
Once the returned product has been received, we will carry out the necessary checks and, where applicable, issue a refund within the timescales set out by the applicable regulations. Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Where provided for by law, the refund may be withheld until receipt of the returned product or until the Customer has provided proof of having dispatched it, whichever is earlier.
Change
To ensure simpler and more efficient order management, MIOBUK does not process direct product exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, where applicable, and then place a new order.
For defective, damaged or non-compliant products, the protections provided for by current legislation apply instead, and product replacement may be provided for, depending on the case.
Products used
MIOBUK products are designed to be used and kept over time. In the event of withdrawal, the product may be handled and inspected exclusively to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Writing, annotations, completed pages or other signs of use exceeding such checks may result in a decrease in value and, where applicable, a reduction in the refund.
Using the MIOBUK Ring™
The MIOBUK Ring™ is a display accessory designed to hold the notebook in an open position and showcase its Ghost Technology™. Prolonged use may result in a natural, permanent curvature of the notebook cover or structure: this is an effect resulting from the product's characteristics and the use of the accessory, and does not in itself constitute a manufacturing defect.
In the event of withdrawal, the product must be returned intact and in a condition such that it can be put back on the market. Permanent deformations or alterations resulting from excessive use may lead to the non-acceptance of the return or a reduction in the refund, where provided for by law. Gifts, bundles and promotions
If a product was purchased as a gift, any refund will be issued exclusively to the original purchaser and, unless otherwise agreed, via the payment method used for the order.
In the event of a partial return of a bundle or promotional offer, the refund amount may be recalculated based on the price applicable to the individual products once the conditions of the promotion are no longer met, within the limits permitted by law.
Our commitment
If your MIOBUK arrives damaged, has a defect or does not match what was ordered, please contact Customer Services as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the product, the outer packaging and the inner box. We will carefully assess each request and find the most appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or a refund.
