You can purchase MIOBUK products directly via our official websites by following the checkout process and completing the payment. Where available, you can place your order by creating an account or using the Guest Checkout option.

We accept credit and debit cards from the major networks, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. At the checkout, you will see the payment methods available for your country and your device. Payments are processed securely by a certified provider: your card details are not stored on our website.

Unless otherwise stated, the prices published on the website include the applicable VAT. Any delivery charges and customs duties are shown separately.

Orders are usually processed and handed over to the courier within 1–3 working days of payment confirmation. During periods of high demand, new collection launches, limited editions or public holidays, delivery times may vary.

As a guide, delivery takes 1–5 working days in Italy and 1–7 working days within the European Union, from the time the courier takes charge of the parcel. For countries outside the EU, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs procedures.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive an email containing the tracking number, where available. It may take a few hours for the information to be updated.

Delivery is Free delivery on orders of €89 or more in Italy e from €129 in Europe, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Below these thresholds, the cost is € 8,00 in Italy, € 15,00 in the countries of the’European Union e € 16,00 for The United Kingdom and Switzerland.

For the the rest of Europe The cost is €26.00; for the rest of the world Prices start at €28.00 and vary depending on the destination and weight; free delivery is not included.

For some Italian destinations, the cost is different: € 15,00 for the islands in the Gulf of Naples and € 28,00 for the smaller islands, the Venice Lagoon, Livigno and Campione d’Italia. Abroad, for deliveries to certain remote areas (such as the Canary Islands or Madeira), a surcharge of € 35,00 o € 45,00 applied by FedEx, even when delivery is free: it is calculated based on the postcode and shown at checkout. Yes, provided the service is available for the requested destination. For orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the country of destination may apply.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, any duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges are payable by the recipient.

A Limited Edition is a special production run in limited quantities and, where applicable, identified by individual numbering and a Certificate of Authenticity.

MIOBUK Limited Editions are usually individually numbered.

This card certifies that the product is part of the relevant limited edition. It does not constitute an expert valuation, an investment guarantee or a promise of future financial appreciation.

Unless otherwise stated, the same Limited Edition will not be reissued in the same artistic and collectable format. MIOBUK may, however, develop new collections or interpretations in the future dedicated to the same theme or narrative universe.

Ghost Technology is an artistic finish applied to the edges of the pages, which is a distinctive feature of many MIOBUK collections. Due to the nature of the process, there may be slight variations in alignment, colour or print intensity.

Materials, printing and special finishes may vary slightly from one item to another. These differences may fall within the product’s normal quality standards.

MIOBUK should be stored in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat sources and damp. When not in use, it is best to store it on a flat surface.

Use exclusively a soft cloth, either dry or slightly damp. Avoid solvents, alcohol, aggressive detergents, abrasive products and rough sponges.

Minor marks on the cover, slight variations in the finish, slight wear to the edges and natural softening of the binding may occur with use and are considered normal wear and tear. Any defects are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

It is an accessory designed to display the notebook whilst it is open and to showcase its Ghost Technology. It is primarily intended for display purposes.

Only fit the MIOBUK® Ring once you have finished using the notebook. The Ring keeps the notebook permanently curved, altering the shape of the pages and preventing it from returning to its original form. All the steps are illustrated on the page Product Care.

Yes. Continuous or prolonged use may gradually alter the notebook’s natural opening and cause the cover, spine or pages to become permanently warped.

The MIOBUK® Ring should only be fitted once you have finished using the notebook. Once fitted, it will cause the notebook to become permanently curved. Before fitting, keep the notebook closed, on a flat surface and away from direct light and damp.

If you have purchased a standard product as a consumer, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the relevant legislation. Full details can be found on the page Returns & Exchanges.

Unless otherwise stated or as required by law, the direct costs of returning goods in exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be borne by the Customer. In the event of a defective, damaged or incorrect product, MIOBUK will bear the costs associated with handling the return.

Once we have received and checked the returned product, a refund will be issued in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant legislation and, unless otherwise agreed, using the same payment method as for the purchase.

MIOBUK does not normally offer direct exchanges. Where applicable, you may exercise your right of withdrawal and then place a new order. For defective or non-compliant products, the protections provided for by law apply.

Please contact Customer Services as soon as possible and, if possible, send photographs of the product, the outer packaging and the inner packaging. This will enable us to assess the situation quickly and deal with the courier, if necessary.

We recommend that you keep and use the original packaging to protect the product in the event of a return. The absence or damage to the packaging does not automatically result in the return being refused, in accordance with the applicable legislation.
