Every MIOBUK begins its journey with the same care that goes into its creation. Every order is carefully prepared, checked and packaged before being handed over to the courier. Our aim is to offer a shopping experience that reflects the quality and care that characterise every MIOBUK product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Order preparation<\/h3>\n\n\n

Orders are usually prepared and handed over to the courier within 1\u20133 working days of payment confirmation. Orders received at the weekend or on public holidays are processed from the next working day.<\/p>\n\n\n

During periods of high demand, such as when new collections are launched, limited editions are released or during festive periods, preparation times may vary. Should any significant delays occur, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n

Preparation times are separate from the transport and delivery times set out in the following section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Estimated delivery times<\/h3>\n\n\n

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, the estimated average delivery times are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n

The delivery times shown are purely estimated and are calculated from the moment the courier takes charge of the parcel. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the courier\u2019s operational conditions, public holidays, customs procedures and any circumstances beyond the control of Ghost Collection S.r.l.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Delivery charges<\/h3>\n\n\n

Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination country and are displayed during the checkout process. The following rates currently apply:<\/p>\n\n\n

Free delivery applies automatically to orders of \u20ac89 or more in Italy and \u20ac129 or more in Europe, including the United Kingdom and Switzerland, calculated on the value of the products excluding any discounts. Free delivery is not available for the rest of the world.<\/p>\n\n\n

For some Italian destinations, the cost varies due to the surcharges applied by the courier:<\/p>\n\n\n

For international shipments, FedEx charges a surcharge for remote or hard-to-reach areas, such as certain islands and mountainous or rural areas:<\/p>\n\n\n

The surcharge is calculated automatically based on the delivery postcode, using the official list updated by FedEx, and applies even when delivery is free of charge.<\/p>\n\n\n

The applicable cost is always shown during the checkout process, before payment. For destinations not covered by our couriers, or for orders weighing more than 5 kg, the checkout does not display an automatic rate: please email us at support@miobuk.it<\/a> and we\u2019ll draw up a bespoke quote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Parcel tracking<\/h3>\n\n\n

As soon as the order has been handed over to the courier, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing, where available, the parcel\u2019s tracking number. It may take a few hours for the tracking information to be updated and displayed on the courier\u2019s system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Customs duties and taxes<\/h3>\n\n\n

For orders destined for countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other costs may apply in accordance with the legislation of the country of destination.<\/p>\n\n\n

Unless otherwise stated at the checkout, these costs are not included in the product price or the delivery charges and are payable by the recipient. The Customer is responsible for checking whether any charges apply in the country of destination.<\/p>\n\n\n

Please note that any delays caused by customs checks are not the responsibility of MIOBUK, and that product prices on non-EU websites may be shown exclusive of local taxes or import VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Delays in delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n

MIOBUK uses selected couriers to ensure a reliable delivery service. However, delivery times may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:<\/p>\n\n\n
